Free Worldwide Shipping Over $89 USD

Orders above $89 USD automatically qualify for free worldwide shipping.

Orders below this threshold are charged a flat $15 USD international shipping fee at checkout.

Dispatch & Processing Times

  • In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Handcrafted, washed, or special edition pieces may require additional processing time.
  • Pre-order and made-to-order products follow the production timelines mentioned on the product page and do not fall under regular dispatch timelines.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated international delivery ranges after dispatch:

  • North America: 7–16 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 7–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–16 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 5–12 business days
  • Middle East: 8–16 business days

Please note that customs processing, local courier delays, weather disruptions, or regional logistics issues may occasionally extend delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

All international orders include full tracking.

Customers may receive two separate tracking IDs depending on the destination country and shipping route:

  • The first tracking ID monitors the shipment from India to your destination country.
  • The second tracking ID activates once the package is processed locally and handed over for last-mile delivery in your country.

Tracking updates may occasionally take 24–72 hours to refresh depending on the carrier and destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most international orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid where applicable.

However, certain countries, regions, or shipping methods may still require customers to pay additional customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or handling charges imposed by local authorities or carriers.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refunds.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email are accurate before placing your order.

Rush by KIRA is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address depending on carrier limitations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rush by KIRA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All international orders are documented during packaging and dispatch for quality assurance and fraud prevention purposes.
