Fit Guarantee (Store Credit) — Worldwide
If the size or fit doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer an easy store-credit exchange.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Just email us within 7 days of delivery.
- Store credit is issued once the item is received back.
- Store credit never expires.
Defective or Damaged Item? We’ll Make It Right.
If you receive an item with a craftsmanship issue (printing issue, stitching flaw, manufacturing defect):
- Email us at support@rushbykira.com or message us on WhatsApp.
- Send your order number + photos/video showing the defect.
- Our team will verify within 24–48 hours and advise next steps.
You can choose between:
- Free replacement of the same product (if in stock), or
- Full store credit for the item value.
We do not offer refunds back to original payment methods.
Handcrafted Items (Important Note)
Some products — like our Samurai Pants and limited hand-stitch/hand-paint pieces — are artisan-crafted. Small variations in print or texture are intentional and part of the design, not defects.
Non-Returnable Cases
To keep our process fair and transparent, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Orders where the customer selected the wrong address.
- Clearance / final-sale items.
- Normal wear and tear.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is effective worldwide.
