Return, Exchange & Pre-Order Policy

At Rush by KIRA, every piece is made with intention, premium fabrics, and carefully crafted details.

We take quality seriously and inspect every order before dispatch. If something genuinely goes wrong from our side, we’ll make it right.

Fit Guarantee (Store Credit & Size Exchange) — Worldwide

If the size or fit does not meet your expectations, we offer a size exchange or store credit process.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs back to our facility in India.
  • A restocking and replacement shipping fee applies to all international size exchanges. The applicable amount will depend on the product category and destination country.
  • Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, the replacement item or store credit will be issued.
  • Store credit never expires.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the returned product shows signs of wear, washing, stains, odor, smoke smell, perfume, pet hair, damage, misuse, or alteration from the customer’s end.
  • Rush by KIRA is not responsible for packages lost during customer-arranged return transit.
  • To maintain fairness and transparency, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package.

Defective or Damaged Item? We’ll Make It Right.

While every order goes through strict quality control before shipping, if you receive an item with a genuine craftsmanship issue such as:

  • printing defects
  • stitching flaws
  • manufacturing defects
  • incorrect item received

Please contact us immediately.

Steps to report an issue:

  • Email us at support@rushbykira.com or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Include your order number along with clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package, as it helps us verify and resolve claims faster.
  • Our team will review the claim within 24–48 hours and advise the next steps.

For verified defects, customers may choose between:

  • Free replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • Full store credit for the item value.

For approved defective-product claims, Rush by KIRA will cover replacement shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds back to original payment methods.

Handcrafted & Washed Garments (Important Note)

Many Rush by KIRA products are artisan-crafted, washed, distressed, hand-finished, or individually processed.

Minor variations in the following are intentional characteristics of the design process and should not be considered defects:

  • wash texture
  • distressing
  • stitching
  • print placement
  • color tone
  • fading
  • handcrafted detailing

Product colors may also vary slightly depending on monitor settings, photography lighting, and screen calibration.

Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

All Rush by KIRA garments are produced according to the measurements mentioned in the official size chart.

Customers are strongly advised to review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Depending on your preferred styling, customers may choose:

  • their regular size for the intended fit
  • a larger size for a relaxed or oversized silhouette
  • a smaller size for a more fitted look

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Policy

Some Rush by KIRA products are released as pre-order or made-to-order pieces.

These products require a manufacturing and production period before dispatch. Estimated timelines are communicated through:

  • product pages
  • order confirmation emails
  • official Rush by KIRA communication channels including Instagram

By purchasing a pre-order or made-to-order item, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the stated production and fulfillment timeline before placing the order.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once the pre-order product is ready unless requested otherwise.

Pre-order timelines may vary depending on:

  • garment complexity
  • production schedules
  • material sourcing
  • international logistics

Pre-order cancellations, refunds, or payment disputes initiated before the communicated fulfillment timeline may be refused.

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team may be restricted from placing future orders with Rush by KIRA.

International Shipping, Customs & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary depending on customs processing, local courier delays, weather conditions, or regional logistics disruptions.

Rush by KIRA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance
  • courier delays
  • destination-country logistics disruptions

Most international orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid where applicable.

However, certain countries or shipping methods may still require customers to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or brokerage fees imposed by local authorities or carriers.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders refused due to customs charges, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rush by KIRA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All international orders are documented during packaging and dispatch for quality assurance and fraud prevention purposes.

Non-Returnable Cases

To keep our process fair and transparent, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or claims for:

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong size, address, or contact information during checkout.
  • Clearance, limited-release, final-sale, pre-order, or made-to-order items.
  • Minor variations inherent to handcrafted or washed garments.
  • Normal wear and tear over time.
  • Refused deliveries or unclaimed shipments.
  • Claims submitted without sufficient proof of issue or damage.

This policy applies worldwide to all purchases made through Rush by KIRA.
