I HAVE SIZING/DEFECTIVE CASE, HOW DO I GET AN EXCHANGE?

You can click on the Whatsapp button and also send us a mail with video proof of unboxing (in case of defective piece), in sizing issue, we expect you to send the piece to the following address. Once it reaches to us, we will inspect the piece whether it was washed/worn and if there's no issues, we will issue you a exchange for which we will charge a flat 100 INR for shipping from our end.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN IT?

In such case, the scrutiny of piece will be the same, video proof will be required (in case of defective item) and the amount will be refunded in form of Coupon Code or in form of store wallet.

WHAT'S THE QUALITY OF T-SHIRTS YOU MAKE?

With time we have evolved and have delivered the best quality possible for the buck. There are three variants of fabrics that we are using now:
1. Valo Collection : 240GSM Heavy Weight Poly-Cotton Fabric
2. Budget Range (Grove St, Vice City, COD Ghosts Tees): 180 GSM Combed Cotton Fabric
3. Future Fabrics : 240GSM French Terry Cotton (One of the finest that we will be using from May 2023.

WHAT'S THE HOODIE QUALITY?

We have used 2 variants of the fabrics :
1. Poly Cotton : 350 GSM
2. 100% Cotton : 350-380 GSM
3. 100% Cotton : 400GSM (from Oct 2023)

WHY ARE SOME PIECES STOCKED OUT?

Most of the pieces on our store are stocked in limited quantities and once gone, they are never coming back.

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?

Pre-Orders is our way of thanking the community by rewarding them with insane discounts on the products that might get stocked out after launch.

Pre-Order phase generally starts 1 month from launch but sometimes can have lesser timeline which will be announced on ads/instagram page, email and Whatsapp (if you've been our customer). Where the products are discounted as low as 40% of MRP.

WHAT ARE LIMITED EDITION COLLECTIONS?

There are times in seasons, where we do a collection strictly based on a video game and build high effort products for you to cop which will never fail to make you stand out from the crowd while still maintaining a cool aesthetic. These are timeless pieces which are created in limited quantities and once gone, they are gone for good. Never coming back.

DO YOU MAKE ANIME TEES?

As of now we don't make Anime Apparels, but this is not that we won't do it in future, we are here because of community and if community as whole demands for a anime piece, we will bring couple themes in future :) Stay updated for that.

1. Please mention your Name, Phone/WhatsApp Number.
2. Add ample amount of sample work (it doesn't have to be some company work but even your personal mock project will work). For example if you are applying for Graphics Design job, please share some Posters, Social Media posts that you've created in the past for yourself.
